Richard Mann

I have a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling and have studied Neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, ACT, CBT and DBT.

I currently volunteer with NHS Counselling Services in Lambeth through the Awareness Centre and have also worked counselling children in a primary school.

With over 30 years working in management in the Leisure and Retail sector, I have considerable experience with high-profile and high-pressure environments and work-related stress

My experience is with Male mental health, LGBTQIA+, Addiction, Cancer and in high profile, high pressure environments with work-related stress.

I am also LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming.
